2019-23 ELIXIR Programme - closing of the Work Plan 2021 and Work Plan 2022
Following up on the updates presented to the Heads of Node Committee during the TC on 12 September 2024 about the 2019-23 ELIXIR Programme, we would hereby like to inform Nodes about the timeline and final deadline for delivery of end reports (End Scientific Report and Node End-report) for the Work Plans 2021 and 2022.
The end reports are requested as part of our Commissioned Services Contracting process and are a requirement to close the projects. The General Guidelines prescribe 1 month after the completion of the project as the deadline for the End Scientific Report and Node End-report.

For WP2021 (finalised 31 Dec 2022) - the deadline for end reporting and invoicing is set to 31 December 2024.

For WP2022 (with no-cost extensions, finalised 30 June 2024) - the deadline for end reporting and invoicing is set to 31 March 2025.

Additionally, end reports need to be approved before any invoice payments can be made. Please note that this process can take up to two weeks.
The General Guidelines for the Implementation of ELIXIR Commissioned Services provide details on the reporting requirements in section 8.
