ANISEED

ANISEED is the main model organism database for the worldwide community of scientists working on a class of marine invertebrates, the tunicates (sister-group of vertebrates). It integrates for each species: a main knowledge base with extended information on gene function, gene expression, phylogeny and embryonic anatomy at single cell resolution; a genomic browser and a Genomicus gene synteny browser.

Annotations of Pathological Mutations on Proteins (PMut)

Web portal for the annotation of pathological protein variants.

BioMedIT Network

The BioMedIT Network establishes a coordinated nationwide network of secure infrastructures to support computational biomedical research and clinical bioinformatics. Built on the centers of expertise established at partner universities (regional nodes), this network is managed by the Personalized Health Informatics Group, a group of the SIB Swiss Institute for Bioinformatics.

ChEBI

ChEBI (Chemical Entities of Biological Interest) is a dictionary of small molecular entities. It is manually annotated and provides a chemical ontology to describe small molecules, including their biological and chemical roles.

CDD
COVd

Czech COVID-19 genomics portal

CSC Chipster

Chipster is a user-friendly analysis software for high-throughput data. It contains hundreds of analysis tools for next generation sequencing (NGS), microarray, proteomics and sequence data.

Expasy

SIB's resource portal with access to all major tools and databases provided by different SIB groups and external partners. Specific query features allow interacting with many resources at the same time.

FAIDARE

FAIDARE is a portal developed by ELIXIR-FR as an asset of the ELIXIR Plant Science community. FAIDARE enables data discovery through federations of distant Plant informations systems that have set up a standardized Restful API, the BrAPI. FAIDARE currently allows to do detailed searches of accessions and phenotyping data.

Federated EGA Finland

Federated service for permanent archiving and sharing of all types of personally identifiable genetic and phenotypic data resulting from biomedical research projects

GenomeHubs

The South Green Genome Hub is a suite of crop-specific community portals to manage genomic datasets with focus on tropical and Mediterranean plants. Currently developed on Banana, Cassava, Cacao, Coffee, Grass, Rice and Sugarcane, genome hubs provide access to multiple datasets (e.g. assemblies, gene product information, metabolic pathways, gene families, transcriptomics and genetic markers).

INB Integrated platform for macromolecular flexibility (FlexPortal)

Web tool to study the flexibility of nucleic acids, either isolated or bound to other molecules. The server offers a variety of methods to explore nucleic acid flexibility, from coarse-grained low resolution mesoscopic models to atomistic molecular dynamics simulations.

Interactive Onco Genomics (IntOGen)

IntOGen collects and analyses somatic mutations in thousands of tumor genomes to identify cancer driver genes.

IUPHAR/BPS Guide to PHARMACOLOGY

A curated database of drug targets, prescription medicines and experimental drugs.

Marine Metagenomics Portal (MMP)

Freely accessible microbial genomics and metagenomics reference databases that include MarRef, MarDB, and MarCat. The MMP also includes a search engine that you can use to query all three databases at once.

NEOF

The NERC Environmental Omics Facility (NEOF) will enable environmental researchers in the UK to access the full range of omics supporting technology.

WikiPathways

An open, collaborative platform dedicated to the curation of biological pathways

Workflow4Metabolomics

Workflow4Metabolomics resource is based on the Galaxy environment that provides user-friendly interfaces to build, run, and share comprehensive data analysis workflows and gives access to a High Performance Computing environment the ELIXIR-FR/IFB infrastructure. Thus, W4M offers more than 40 tools to process data from all three main technologies (NMR, GCMS, LCMS), including unique algorithms developed by the W4M developers themselves. Data and workflows can be re-used and publicly shared, thus becoming useful references for the community. Finally, the platform provides many tutorials and a help desk.
