Hub updates

ELIXIR HoNs will meet this week to review proposals for ELIXIR Core Data Resources and make a recommendation for the first set of ELIXIR Core Data Resources. The results of this review will be presented to the ELIXIR SAB.

The EC has opened a public consultation on the topic of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), which may be of interest to many within ELIXIR. We are not planning to coordinate an ELIXIR-wide submission to this, but those individuals interested in the topic can respond directly via this link.

The Pistoia Alliance is organising a hackathon to bring together machine/deep learning community with life-science industry. 25-26 March, London. The registration is open.

Your DNA, your say. GA4GH is running an innovative survey to gather attitudes towards data sharing. Anyone interested is invited to complete the survey.
Partners interested in the relationship between the microbiome, health and diet may wish to look at the current ERA-NET Co-fund call on Healthy Diet Healthy Life (HDHL). As the call supports research projects, ELIXIR Hub is not proposing a coordinated submission from ELIXIR. Partners may engage directly in the capacity of their own organisation.
