On 30-31 May, technical experts from emerging ELIXIR Nodes came together to form ELIXIR’s first Technical Coordinator’s group. As a distributed e-infrastructure, many of the key challenges involved in establishing and running ELIXIR services are by their nature technical. The group discussed issues ranging from the next wave of ELIXIR Pilot Actions to the job specification and description for the ELIXIR Technical Coordinator post, which will be one of the next vacancies the ELIXIR Hub recruits for.
