BioMedBridges is an FP7-funded cluster project that will bring together the ESFRI Research Infrastructures in the Biological and Medical Sciences (BMS). BioMedBridges formally started on 1 January 2012 and over the duration of the four-year of the project will play a major role in providing the e-infrastructure for ELIXIR. In addition to ELIXIR, which co-ordinates BioMedBridges, the other ESFRI BMS Research Infrastrucutres play important roles in the project.
The kick-off meeting took place in Hinxton, Cambridge, on 5 - 6 March. Further information is available from the BioMedBridges project website.
