Twelve ESFRI BMS Research Infrastructures sign MoU

Twelve biological and medical science Research Infrastructures on the ESFRI roadmap have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate through a new BMS Strategy Group. The Strategy Group will provide a stable platform for the Coordinators and Directors of the Research Infrastructures to discuss issues of strategic importance such as European research policy and joint engagement with other relevant European initiatives. The EU-funded CORBEL grant, due to start in September, will in parallel provide a formal mechanism for the twelve RIs to collaborate on a scientific and technical basis.
