The agenda and documents for the ELIXIR HoNs retreat taking place next week, 13-14 June 2017 in Woking, UK are available here.

ELIXIR HoNs meetings 2018
We would like to confirm the All Hands meeting will take place in Berlin 4-7 June 2018, with the HoNs meeting scheduled to take place after the main sessions on Wednesday afternoon (6th) going into the Thursday (7th, full day), alongside other satellite meetings.
We would like to propose a second face-to-face meeting be held alongside the ECCB conference taking place 9-12 September in Athens, Greece. We will look at options for this and get back to you.
There will also be two HoNs TCs to be held 2nd of March 1-4pm UK time and 7th of December 1-4pm UK time
We will be in touch with further details regarding these meetings in due course. In the meantime, please make a note of these dates in your diaries.
Call for Staff Exchange now open
A reminder that the first call for our Staff exchange programme between ELIXIR Nodes is now open. The purpose of this programme is to support the exchange of staff between ELIXIR Nodes for short periods of time. This will help to strengthen the links between ELIXIR Nodes, facilitate capacity building across the infrastructure, and support the interoperability and sustainability of ELIXIR services and data resources. The ELIXIR Hub has allocated 60,000 Euro to this first Staff exchange programme in 2017, with the intention of supporting proposals of up to 15,000 Euro.
