This Staff Exchange will support the delivery of an ELIXIR-GOBLET Train-the-Trainer course in Thessaloniki. The aim is to strengthen local training capacity within the ELIXIR Greece Node and expand the pool of trainers in an underrepresented Node.
The course will bring together trainers from multiple ELIXIR Nodes, including ELIXIR Greece, ELIXIR Germany and ELIXIR United Kingdom, supporting knowledge exchange and cross-Node collaboration. It will also provide opportunities to connect training outcomes to wider ELIXIR initiatives.
The exchange will support capacity building within ELIXIR Greece, including participation from Node leadership. The course will be advertised on TeSS, with evaluation metrics recorded in the Training Material Database (TMD), ensuring alignment with ELIXIR Training Platform standards.
Overall, the Staff Exchange is expected to strengthen institutional links, support best practice in training delivery and contribute to a more diverse and sustainable trainer community.
