The Tools Platform supports the FAIR principles for computational resources, including software, workflows, and machine-learning models, and expands these services for the 2024–2028 Programme. It aims to help researchers identify suitable, well-described software, provide guidance to developers on sustainable and recognisable practices, and give communities a space to share standards and address shared challenges in software development.
