Organised by University of Freiburg, the de.NBI -EDAM Codefest will focus on (1) annotation of the tools and services of the German Network of Bioinformatics Infrastructure (de.NBI), (2) ELIXIR Tools and Services Registry and registration process and on (3) publishing tools in the ELIXIR Registry.
The event is the first in the series of the Resource Hackathons, launched by the ELIXIR Tools platform. The aim of this series is to connect and collaborate with experts from a specific collection of tools and services, typically some other registry, community project or Web portal, and bring the collection up to the ELIXIR annotation standard and expose it in the ELIXIR Tools and Service Registry.
