Applications are invited for a research assistant position in the laboratory of Jiri Macas at the Biology Centre ASCR (Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic), part of ELIXIR CZ, to develop novel bioinformatic tools for investigation of repetitive DNA in plant genomes.

ELIXIR Belgium is looking for Project Coordinator to coordinate the development of the Belgian Node and the Belgian bioinformatics community. The Project Coordinator will:

• maintain of the content of the ELIXIR Belgium web site.
• organise meetings oriented towards the whole community as well as specific communities or expertise (e.g. Training, SMEs, computing, agriculture, human health).
• be involved in establishing the collaboration agreement between the partners of ELIXIR Belgium.
• coordinate the development and submission of grant proposals to grow ELIXIR Belgium.
• ensure effective communication with the partners of ELIXIR Belgium.
• You will coordinate the national efforts with the ELIXIR Hub.
