The Training Platform (TrP) focuses on visibility, standardisation and collaboration across ELIXIR’s training ecosystem. Its digital hub, SPLASH, showcases core services such as TeSS and strengthens the training life cycle from design to delivery. The Platform’s Work Packages address infrastructure, training standards and Train-the-Trainer initiatives. Collaboration across ELIXIR Nodes and platforms will establish consistent guidelines and foster a thriving community of practice, transforming how training is delivered and shared.
