The Platform’s mission extends beyond technical interoperability to enabling data integration and reuse. It has established peer-reviewed Recommended Interoperability Resources, launched the ELIXIR Knowledge Hub, and championed Research Data Management across ELIXIR. The Platform’s approach is guided by the 3 Ps – Products, Processes and Practices:
- Products coordinate and map FAIR resources, reduce duplication and enhance usability
- Processes align efforts across Nodes, users and international partners
- Practices turn best practices into actionable guidance, strengthening user capability and confidence
These priorities reinforce ELIXIR’s role in Open Science and in shaping the EOSC ecosystem.
