Join the ELIXIR RDM Community for a hybrid face-to-face meeting in Ghent, Belgium, to reflect on recent achievements and shape the path ahead for research data management across Nodes and ELIXIR platforms.

This event includes:

  • Presentations and interactive workshops
  • A joint meeting of the RDM Community and the DATAREX Implementation Study (WP3)
  • Opportunities to contribute to future work on FAIR data and data stewardship

Participation

There is a limit on in-person attendance, but no limit for virtual participation. We strongly encourage all participants to join in person, as several activities will be highly interactive.

  • A selected group of invited participants will receive funding for in-person attendance.
  • Please do not book any travel until your place is confirmed and you’ve received funding or reimbursement instructions.
  • Virtual attendees will have access via Zoom, though participation in group activities may be limited.

Travel and venue

If selected for in-person attendance:

  • You are expected to arrange and pay for your own travel and accommodation.
  • Reimbursement information will be shared after your registration is approved.
  • Do not make any bookings before you receive confirmation.

The venue is located in the city centre of Ghent and easily accessible by train or plane.
